In January 1979, Mrs. Alia Oumghari took over management. Under his leadership, the company began to make itself known. Driss KHALLADI, positions himself in particular with clients in the textile and clothing sector.

In September 1987, Afif KHALLADI joined the company's management. Driss KHALLADI then experienced rapid expansion. The company became one of the 3 largest transit companies in the northern region. The Casablanca office, headed by Samir KHALLADI, was opened in 1997.

In March 2012, Tarik KHALLADI took over the company. The customs operations management activity continues to experience sustained development. The company is growing thanks in particular to its new customers in the automotive sector. The company opens branches at TANGER FREE ZONE, and liaison offices at the port of TANGER MED and at the RENAULT factory in Melloussa.

In 2013, DRISS KHALLADI launched its freight forwarding activity. On behalf of its customers, the company organizes transport operations to and from all countries.

In 2014, DRISS KHALLADI launched its Handling activity. Thus, the company takes care of bulk cargo from cargo ships and merchant ships, and takes care of unloading it, carrying out weight and volume checks, clearing the goods and transporting them to the customer's home.
